If you are looking for action, then The Saltwater Festival is the place to be. Team spirit, grit in your teeth, going the distance is what the Saltwater Festival is all about, and you can pick from the ocean sports or land sports on offer. In the ocean, competitors can enter Stand Up Paddling, Paddleboarding, Ski/Kayaks, and Outriggers (OC1). On the land, touch football, and beach volleyball will create some great action. Volleyball Beach Sports Pty Ltd is very happy to be a part of the Salt Water Festival in 2010. The beach volleyball event will be jam-packed full of fun and action. Everyone gets to be a part of the beach volleyball event with social 4-aside competitions happening on Saturday 8th May and 2-aside competitions happening on Sunday 9th of May. Ocean Sports The ocean sports consist of stand up paddling, ski/kayaks, outriggers(OC1), and paddleboarding. Long, mid, short distance races are on offer on Saturday, with the exciting sprint races on Sunday. The Supersprint Eliminator is the finale race on Sunday and one not to be missed!
The Touch Rugby will provide plenty of excitement and action on land. Be sure to nominate your team and be a part of the fantastic touch competition at The Saltwater Festival.
